Delete your vovoscan account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the app or the website. Nothing to send, no one to convince.
How
- Android or iOS app: Settings › Account › Delete my account, then type your password.
- Website: sign in, open Settings › Account, then Delete my account.
- Lost access to your account? Write to the contact below from the address of the account.
What happens
Your other devices are signed out at once and an email confirms the date. For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in and choose Keep my account. After that the account is erased for good.
What is erased
- Your email address, name, password and preferences.
- Your library, favourites, ratings, reading places, highlights and notes, sources and plugins, settings and downloads list.
- Your provider keys, credits wallet and its history, sessions, sign-in log and security events.
- Your margin notes, group messages, game seats, circles, search history and notification devices.
What stays
Work shared with every reader and no longer tied to you: translations and episodes of a chapter, a series you published as a creator, and a group you created, which passes to its members. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 12 months.
